Emspace + Lovgren was recognized for its work in branding, reputation management, integrated communications, print advertising, crisis and issues management, public affairs and service, event planning, website design and publication, webinars, and social media strategy. The team secured the top scoring entry in six categories.
Angie Hempel, a senior content strategist at Emspace + Lovgren, was also awarded the PRSA Nebraska Chapter Service Award for her work as programming co-chair on the chapter’s board. “I’m so honored to receive this award,” Angie said. “It’s been a privilege to work with these great people, think outside the box and offer really fun, informative programming for our members.”
Lisa Ellis, a senior communications & public relations strategist at Emspace + Lovgren, nominated Mike Hogan of KIOS for the PRSA Media Partner of the Year Award as someone who fosters connection and community. As he accepted the award, he noted the great relationship that’s been fostered between Lisa and KIOS. “She’s been a great partner. She’s brought me great guests and taken care of all of the minutiae and details that need to be handled to make an interview come off without a hitch.”
