Team members enjoy 15 days of paid time off annually. After five years of employment, paid time off increases to 20 days, and after 10 years, it increases to 25 days.
All team members can take advantage of eight paid hours annually to volunteer in our community, as well as seasonal breaks like annual holidays, a week of holiday recess to cap the year, and summertime hours with shorter Friday workdays.
Team members receive 75% individual medical insurance coverage and a retirement plan. We also give new parents and growing families time off with paid parental leave.
