Senior Brand & Communications Strategist

Position available as of August 2024

Emspace + Lovgren, a full-service agency with a 30-year-plus track record of award-winning communications, is seeking an exceptional senior-level account strategist/executive to lead work with significant and impactful Omaha-area community organizations and initiatives.

This role is responsible for leading client accounts and creating account strategy at Emspace + Lovgren. They embody a high level of leadership, are entrusted with maintaining and growing key relationships, and share responsibility for agency reputation, culture and sustainability.

Education
– Minimum BA required

Experience
– Strong (10-15 years) communications background leading strategic initiatives
– Expert at working in and leading teams
– Experienced in the development of strategic plans, tactical plans and preparing creative briefs

Paid time off 

Team members enjoy 15 days of paid time off annually. After five years of employment, paid time off increases to 20 days, and after 10 years, it increases to 25 days. 

All team members can take advantage of eight paid hours annually to volunteer in our community, as well as seasonal breaks like annual holidays, a week of holiday recess to cap the year, and summertime hours with shorter Friday workdays.
