The Bed is Dead
Since 2014, Emspace has partnered with the Nebraska Cancer Coalition to develop and execute a social marketing campaign focused on educating Nebraska teen girls and their parents, on the dangers of indoor tanning. This grassroots campaign has grown to include advocates from area middle schools, high schools, dermatology offices and Omaha Fashion Week. More than 400 Nebraska teens have pledged not to tan indoors and the list continues to grow, bolstered by social and earned media messaging throughout the year. The Bed is Dead was recognized as a winner of the PRSA Nebraska Award of Excellence.
